QUICK & EFFICIENT:
Hello Rick,
Yard Plumbing and Heating continue to provide excellent service. On Friday, June 8, 2018, we required service on our bathroom toilet plus had questions about other things. James fixed our toilet, replaced drain pipes under our kitchen sink, satisfied questions we had about our sewer pipe and sump pump. He was quick and efficient while at the same time very courteous and friendly.
When James arrived he said he had been here before and recognized both of us. After a little discussion we realized he was here before back when he was in training.
After giving it more thought I remembered he had been here with big Rich and worked on our sump pump.
In a few years from trainee to doing an excellent job by himself. It is a credit to him, you, and Yard Plumbing & Heating

All of your workers were consummate professionals every time they set foot into our home —you should be proud of each and every one of them. As for your office staff, they were — by far — the most organized out of all the contractors who worked for us. I know you and I had some tough conversations along the way, but I learned a lot from those conversations, so thank you for your "guidance" when I needed it most — I will recommend your company to anyone who ever asks me, "Do you know a good plumber?"
Thanks again — if you would like me to write some positive reviews online, please let me know which sites — I never do that sort of thing, so I'm not familiar with which sites are the "go to" sites for consumers, but I would be happy to sit down one night and post some positive reviews for you.
